PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce fluctuations in characteristics and to reinforce the mechanical strength of an element and a cable soldering portion not to cause a cost increase. SOLUTION: A printed board 1 is provided with notch portions 7. A case 5 made of a resin is provided with claw portions 6 locking into the notch portions 7. In addition, the case 5 made of the resin is provided with a recessed portion 8 for the element fixing the element 3 and a recessed portion 9 for a cable fixing the cable 4.
