PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-beam forming feeding circuit capable of forming a multi-beam and scanning the formed multi-beam. SOLUTION: The multi-beam forming feeding circuit is constituted by sequentially connecting: a switch circuit 1 for selecting a plurality of input terminals that are externally connected and a plurality of output terminals, a plurality of variable power distributors 2 respectively connected to a plurality of the output terminals of the switch circuit and changing an output power ratio; a plurality of power combining circuits 3 for composing outputs of the different variable power distributors; a plurality of phase shifters 4 respectively connected to a plurality of the power combining circuits to adjust phases of signals; a hybrid matrix amplifier 7 for amplifying outputs of a plurality of the phase shifters, and a plurality of antennas 8 for forming the multi-beam on the basis of an output of the hybrid matrix amplifier.
