PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tensioner lever easily integrally formed by a high polymer resin material, capable of achieving superior mechanical strength and wear resistance and cost reduction, easily achieving lightening and recycling of a molded product, and particularly, capable of preventing sliding wear of a journal hole for engine block attachment by guiding engine oil therein. SOLUTION: By a sandwich molding method, a slide rail portion 11 arranged toward a traveling direction of a transmission chain and a rail supporting portion 12 supporting the slide rail portion 11 from below along a rail longitudinal direction are integrally formed by a first high polymer resin material with high strength, an outer surface comprised by integrating the slide rail portion 11 and the rail supporting portion 12 and an inner circumferential face of a journal hole 13 for engine block wall attachment provided on the rail supporting portion 12 are wholly covered by a second high polymer resin material with wear resistance, and an engine oil storing groove 13a is provided in the inner circumferential face of the journal hole 13 for engine block wall attachment.
