PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize holding and positioning of a valve seat member with a simple structure and also to enhance durability and mass-productivity. SOLUTION: At the tip end oppositely facing a thin wall part 28 inside an electrode tip holder 21, there is installed a heat resistant samarium cobalt magnet 31 through a sealing member 30. With the magnetic force of this magnet 31, the valve seat member 20 is attracted to and held on the lower face of the thin wall part 28. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
