PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for collecting a persimmon fruits designed to safely, lightly and continuously perform operation to collect even the plurality of persimmon fruits at a time even by the aged, a woman and a child from a place on the ground with a simple structure using the tool without using a cutter and without damaging the persimmon fruits borne in positions at a high level from the lower side. SOLUTION: A frame 2 is obtained by connecting a frame end 4 to the tip of a rod 5 having a suitable length and has a hooking claw 1 at the tip forming a rhombus. When the persimmon fruits C are collected by setting the angle of depressionθof the hooking claw 1 at 2-10°or the angle of elevationλof the hooking claw at 2-10°from the horizontal plane constituting the frame 2, bearing stalks B can easily be captured with narrow gaps 6 and 7 and torn off.
