<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic ticket gate device for a railroad station capable of enhancing the efficiency of its maintenance and inspection works. <P>SOLUTION: The automatic ticket gate device of the railroad station is equipped with reading means 16 and 208 to read the information from an information recording medium, a ticket treating means 212 to execute the ticket treating process on the basis of the read information, a ticket issuing means 42 to issue a magnetic passenger ticket in conformity to an instruction of issuing the ticket and a magnetic ticket for maintenance and inspection in conformity to an instruction of issuing such a ticket, an accepting means 5 to accept the instruction of maintenance and inspection, and instructing means 5 and 212 to instruct the issue of the passenger ticket to the issuing means when necessity for issuing such is made clear from the information read by the reading means and instruct the issue of the magnetic ticket for maintenance and inspection to the issuing means when the accepting means has accepted the instruction of maintenance and inspection. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
