PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feed-water supply system by integrally accommodating a power source, a solenoid valve, a valve, a control part, an operation part and a display part inside of a case in compact, and replacing a spout of a conventional mixing cock with a constant-flow water shut off cock. SOLUTION: The constant flow water shut-off cock free from an external power source, can be realized by incorporating a generator in the cock, utilizing its output as the electric power, detecting the amount of passing water by counting the wave number, and integrally accommodating the solenoid valve, a circuit and the like.
