PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge the content of a bag-shaped packaging material W effectively. SOLUTION: There are provided a flat belt 13, a main pressure roller 14, a cutter 15, and a sub-pressure roller 16. The main pressure roller 14 makes the content of the packaging material W distributed unevenly on the flat belt 13, and the cutter 15 cuts a swelled part of the packaging material W that is formed by the uneven distribution of the content, then the sub-pressure roller 16 squeezes the whole of the content out of the packaging material W.
