PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice guidance system enabling visually impaired people or old people to simultaneously distinguish a plurality of kinds of voice messages coming from receivers which they carry. SOLUTION: An appropriate number of transmitters each including a semiconductor recorder which enables writing from the outside for transmitting electric waves with carrier waves eliminated are installed in a predetermined location. The receiver which an owner carries is provided with a voice guidance part which outputs location and direction guidance in the form of voice upon receiving information from the transmitters.
