PURPOSE:To eanble to cool the room inside by the open air and eliminate the waste energy by a method wherein an undesirable material is discharged to outdoors, and an introducing air is supplied into the room after heat exchanging with the indoor air when the outdoor temperature is lower and the indoor temperature is higher. CONSTITUTION:In case that the outdoor temperature is lower, a room inside 1 temperature is higher in spring or autumn, only a discharging fan 3 and an open air fan 15 in a heat exchanger unit 8 are operated without operating a cooling/ heating device 5. In this time, as a circulating fan 14 is not operated, the cold air having a same temperature as an open air is blown off in the room from a blow-off hole 12. A hot air in the room inside 1 and a lamp soot generated from a kitchen table 2 are discharged by a discharging fan 3, accordingly, the room inside can be cooled by the open air without operating the cooling/heating device 5, also the lamp soot can be discharged. Further, the discharging fan and the open air fan are stopped when the lamp soot is not produced. |
