PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust press power of the lever for pressing down the curled sheet. SOLUTION: A face down paper ejecting part 115 comprises a face down paper ejecting tray for loading the recording paper ejected from the ejecting outlet for ejecting the recording paper, and a press lever 127 and a detecting lever 123 that are rotatable, are disposed in a direction crossing the recording paper ejecting direction, and have swinging parts 127a, 123a abutting the recording paper loaded on the face down paper ejecting part.
