PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL light emission display in which extraction efficiency of light is improved, without accompanying complicated manufacturing process or cost increase, and stable luminescence property over a long term is maintained. SOLUTION: In a passive-matrix organic EL light emission display provided with a first electrode with a stripe pattern arranged on a transparent support substrate, a second electrode having the stripe pattern crossing the first electrode in the opposite arrangement, and an organic light-emitting layer arranged between the first electrode and the second electrode, the first electrode is constituted of a transparent electrode and an auxiliary electrode having a lower electrical resistivity, one part of the transparent electrode is formed on the auxiliary electrode, the auxiliary electrode has a taper part at the end part, and thereby the display has a function that the light which propagates inside of the transparent electrode is suppressed.
