PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation anode X-ray tube of which life-prolongation of a bearing part is realized. SOLUTION: As for the rotation anode X-ray tube composed of a cathode, a housing, and a rotation anode, the bearing 12 of the rotation anode is an angular type total ball bearing where the ball surface 19 is coated with tribocoating.
