PURPOSE:To allow a cab in a riding position to move freely by connecting the tip of the operation rod of an operation cylinder for tilting the cab against a chassis to the cab through a mechanical lost motion mechanism. CONSTITUTION:When a cab 12 is in a riding position, the tip side of the operation rod 33 of an operation cylinder 14, i.e., a tie pin 27 fixed to the tie portion 35 of a mechanical lost motion mechanism 15 is coupled with the long hole 36 of an upper bracket 20, thereby the cab 12 can be moved freely against a chassis 11. On the other hand, in case the cab 12 in a tilt position is to be lowered to a riding position by means of the extending movement of the cylinder 14, when the cab 12 reaches the riding position, first a lock switch 17 is opened, and the operation rod 33 is further widthdrawn until a pressure switch 18 detecting the pressure of a lower cylinder chamber 32 is opened, thereby the tie pin 37 is arranged at nearly the center of the long hole 36 and the cab 12 is allowed to move freely. |
