QUARTZ RESONATOR TYPE NANOCHANNEL SENSOR

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at a hydrophobic field given by presence of surfactant in pores with nanometer size for developing a new sensor function. SOLUTION: A nanochannel body thin film, in which an oxide layer includes surfactant micella, is arranged on an electrode face above a quartz resonator, and presence of a target substance in a specimen solution is detected from a change of weight due to a recognition agent and the target substance captured by it inside the nanochannel.
