<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To register an access data, and to make the registered access data assigned by a user, in a communication terminal having a Web printing function. <P>SOLUTION: A combined machine prints, on a form, an Web page of a URL assigned on an operation panel by the Web printing function, together with the URL of the Web page and a keyword filling column for filling a keyword. The combined machine specifies a description content described in a specified position when reading an image of the form (s210), and registers the URL and the keyword in a data table while correlating them each other, when the keyword is specified together with the URL (s240:YES) where the URL is included in the description content (s220:YES).
