<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform machining without speed fluctuation of a rotary shaft and control time delay by controlling the position of a tool corresponding to a rotation position of the rotary shaft (a workpiece or a shaft of a tool). <P>SOLUTION: The rotation positions (θ1,θ2, toθ5) of the workpiece (the rotary shaft), positions (XO, X1, to X5) of an X-axis and positions (Z0, Z1, to Z5) of a Z-axis of the tool corresponding to the rotation positions (θ1,θ2, toθ5) and rotational velocity (V0, V1, to V4) of the workpiece are set. Time taken to reach the next positions set at the set speed of the workpiece is determined. When the workpiece reaches the next set rotation positions by the time, moving velocity (Vx0, Vx1, to Vx4, Vz0, Vz1, to Vz4) is determined so that also the X-axis and Z-axis may reach the next set positions. A spindle, the X-axis and the Z-axis are driven at the set or determined velocity to relatively move the tool, corresponding to the rotation positions of the workpiece. The tool corresponding to rotation of the spindle is not delayed. Even if rotational velocity of the rotation of the spindle is fluctuated, the tool follows the fluctuation and is not delayed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
