PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that dirt resulting from metallic ions such as calcium ions, magnesium ions or the like adheres to a stool and the stool is hardly cleaned in an area having inferior water quality and the utilization of reclaimed water. SOLUTION: An adhesion on the stool of dirt resulting from metallic ions by removing the metallic ions such as calcium ions, magnesium ions or the like by a chelate resin by installing a filter using the chelate resin in a water supply path for wash water such as a water-tank hand washing section for a toilet.
