PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a worker for pin adjustment appropriately while considering the level of difficulty of the pin adjustment work by accurately grasping the degree skill of the worker for pin adjustment. SOLUTION: The worker measures the back slope dimension (interval between pins) of two obstacle pins 4 with a measuring device 9, and the measured value is provided for a game stand display unit 7. The game stand display unit 7 identifies the worker having performed the pin adjustment work based on an employee ID card 9a inserted into a card slot before the start of the pin adjustment work, detects the timing of the start of pin adjustment work and the timing of the termination of pin adjustment work, and measures the time having elapsed during the period as the working hours. A management device 8 stores the measured working hours as the document data interrelated with the ID information indicating the worker identified based on the employee ID card 9a.
