<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely open a hermetic plastic container filled with contents and having an opening closed by a lid when cutting at a weakened line formed on the lid for opening. <P>SOLUTION: A container body 11 has a barrel 12 having the opening 12a at one of ends, a base 13 connected with the side opposite to the opening of the barrel 12, and a flange 15 projecting like a brim connected with the outer periphery of the opening 12a, and is sealed by welding the lid 16 after filling with the contents. The lid 16 has an annular periphery 16a welded to the flange 15 of the container body 11, a swell 16b swelling stepwise outwardly from the flange 15 and surrounded by the periphery 16a, the annular weakened line 18 formed along a region in the vicinity of the periphery 16a of the swell 16b, and a tab 17 integrally provided with a region in the vicinity of the weakened line 18 on the external surface of the swell 16b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
