发明名称 METHOD FOR PRODUCING VIBRATION DAMPING RUBBER
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration damping rubber applicable in both sealed system and non-sealed system over a wide temperature range. SOLUTION: A mixture of a primary polymer chain having reactive groups on both terminals and a primary polymer chain having a reactive group on one terminal and each having a glass transition point of≤-30°C, e.g. a polyorganosiloxane having a vinyl group as the reactive group is crosslinked with a polyfunctional low-molecular compound such as methyl tris(dimethylsiloxy)silane. As an alternative, the primary polymer chain having reactive groups on both terminals is crosslinked under a condition of r>1.3 or r<1.0 wherein (r) is the molar ratio [-SiH]/[-CH=CH<SB>2</SB>] of the reactive group of the primary polymer chain having reactive groups on both terminals to the functional group of the polyfunctional low-molecular compound.
