A sushi producing technique by which the kelp outside a sushi can be eaten together with a sushi body, the trinity of the kelp, the sushi topping and the sushi rice can give a sharp mouth feeling, and the sushi can be distributed at normal temperature for a long time. A sushi manufacturing method comprising: a step of forming an edible kelp-wrapped sushi by wrapping the sushi body prepared by joining the seasoned sushi topping to sushi rice with a cooked edible keep; a step of closely covering the entire surface of the edible kelp-wrapped sushi with a shape-holding film; a step of refrigerating the edible kelp-wrapped sushi covered by the shape-holding film; a step of closely packaging the refrigerated edible kelp-wrapped sushi covered by the shape-holding film; and a step of refrigerating and storing the closely packaged edible kelp-wrapped sushi as necessary. A sushi producing method characterized by further comprising a step of thawing the refrigerated edible kelp-wound sushi is also disclosed. A sushi produced by the above method, and a sushi normal-temperature distributing method or system for distributing the sushi at normal temperature is further disclosed. |
