<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a real estate business support device capable of providing information associated with the peripheral environment of a property. <P>SOLUTION: A management server 13 receives peripheral photographic image data including a property obtained by a camera 16 set in the neighborhood of each property, the data of the measurement result of a peripheral noise from a noise meter 17 set in the neighborhood of each property obtained by a monitor device 15 through a network, and stores it into a storage part. A real estate information processing terminal 11 transmits the request of the image data of the property and the data of the measurement result of noise to a management server 13 concerning the property designated by a user. The management server 13 reads the image data concerning the designated property and the data of the measurement results of the noise from the storage part in response to a request from the real estate information processing terminal 11, and returns the data.
