PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal device which eliminates connection to a charged dial that illegally uses an incoming call history and notifies a user of an effective incoming call history. SOLUTION: In this communication terminal device that stores incoming call information, such as incoming date and hour, the telephone number of a caller and the name of the caller as an incoming call history, incoming call information of a caller is stored as an incoming call history in the communication terminal device when an incoming period of time of the communication terminal device exceeds a predetermined set period of time, and the incoming call information of the caller is not stored as the incoming call history in the communication terminal device when the incoming period of time of the communication terminal device is not longer than the predetermined set period of time thereby to eliminate the connection to a charged dial that illegally uses the incoming call history.
