PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable information terminal which surely prevents alteration. SOLUTION: This portable information terminal is provided with a portable information terminal main body (21) and an alteration prevention sheet (25). The alteration prevention sheet (25) is stuck to a position that is used when the portable information terminal main body (21) is disassembled. Cuts (27) are formed in the alteration prevention sheet (25). Thus, the cuts (27) make the alteration prevention sheet (25) easy to tear, and in the portable information terminal, alteration is surely prevented by forming the cuts (27) in the alteration prevention sheet (25).
