PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for compression molding of various kinds of cosmetics by which no powder cosmetic is subjected to disposal treatment, a cost is extremely reduced, and the fear of occurrence of pneumoconiosis, or the like, is eliminated. SOLUTION: The method for compression molding comprises: a step for successively feeding various kinds of cosmetic materials such as granular or powdery ones to each pre-compression molding mold having a shape of the inner shape of an inner dish for filling, in an exclusive turntable 2 for pre-compression molding; a step for carrying out the pre-compression molding of the various kinds of the cosmetic materials at a pre-compression molding position A3 to provide a cake-shaped cosmetic; a step for feeding the inner dish for the filling to an exclusive turntable 3 for finish compression molding arranged in parallel with the exclusive turntable 2 for the pre-compression molding; a step for transferring the pre-compression-molded cake-shaped cosmetic to the inner dish for the filling on the exclusive turntable 3 for the finish compression molding; a step for carrying out the finish compression molding of the cake-shaped cosmetic at a finishing compression position 3 in the exclusive turntable 3 for the finish compression molding to provide a product; and a step for taking out the product subjected to the finish compression molding at a product-carrying out position.
