PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a child seat capable of fixing a seat belt even when it is set on either of right and left seats only by using one belt fixing device to constrain the seat belt only in one direction. SOLUTION: This child seat 1 is provided with a seat support 2 to be constrained on the seat 100 of a vehicle by the seat belts 111, 112 of the vehicle and a belt fixing device 40 mounted on the seat support 2, to allow movements of the seat belts 111, 112 inserted inside in one direction and to avoid the movements of the seat belts 111, 112 in the opposite direction. The belt fixing device 40 is mounted on the seat support 2 free to rotate so as to reverse the one direction concerning right and left directions of the vehicle. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
