AUTOMATIC MAGNIFICATION AND ANGLE OBTAINING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a work load by automatic obtainment of a variable magnification and a rotation angle for a photograph original.

SOLUTION: A parameter detecting means 20 detects a height and an inclination to a horizontal line for an article frame on layout image data obtained by reading a layout instruction sheet 11. An edge detecting means 30 figures out a height and an inclination of an edge to a temporal horizontal line for a subject image from an original image data obtained by reading a photograph original 13. A magnification-and-angle operation part 40 multiplies a ratio of the height of the article frame to the height of the subject image by a rough magnification to obtain a variable magnification, and equalizes the inclination of the subject image to the inclination of the article frame to obtain a rotation angle.
