DATA ANALYSIS DEVICE AND ITS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely compute the possibility of contact of a feeder line with trees adjacent thereto from position data for the feeder line and the trees adjacent thereto subjected to aerial measurement.

SOLUTION: This device extracts only electric wire data from a database for laser reflection points having geodetic coordinates (st.431) and finds each electric wire catenary (sag) using the electric wire data (st.432). The intersection point is found from the electric wire catenary and the position of a supporting point is determined (st.433). Data for a steel tower portion is extracted from a data file and the coordinate of its center point is calculated (st.434). Furthermore, other data than the electric wire catenary and the electric wire/steel tower are used for analyzing a space from the adjacent trees (st.435).
