<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the number of monophonic output systems, to simplify setting and to prevent a panel from being enlarged in a voice signal processor such as a mixer. <P>SOLUTION: Stereo signals L and R are outputted through double volume 13 to an L signal line 11' and an R signal line 12'. In a first mode, mode changeover switches 14 and 15 are turned off and the L signal lines 11 and 11' and the R signal lines 12 and 12' are each connected to a stereo matrix 10 and used as a stereo output system. In a second mode, the mode changeover switches 14 and 15 are turned on, the L signal line 11' is connected to the R signal line 12' and the R signal line 12' is connected to the L signal line 11'.
