<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for manufacturing a fine particle arranged matter having high quality and no flaw. <P>SOLUTION: A hermetically closed container (201) is held to the substrate stage (202) of a general spinner and a fine particle dispersion (203) is dripped in the hermetically closed container (201) from an opening part A. Next, the hermetically closed container (201), in which the fine particle dispersion (203) is dripped, is rotated on the basis of a predetermined number-of-rotation program by a motor.
