PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional floor structure is difficult to be dried sufficiently and is difficult to remove pathogenic bacteria or the like on the basis of moisture because it is difficult to be exposed to the direct sunlight because a floor tile is laid in a room. SOLUTION: In the floor structure of a building, a non-slip sheet is stuck closely on a concrete floor face and the required number of composite floor board materials are placed detachably on the sheet. The composite floor board materials can be arranged on the concrete floor face under a stuck state while being removed from the concrete floor face and being exposed to the direct sunlight and the outside air on the outdoor side or the like.
