PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operational amplifier that can adjust phase compensation resistance from the outside and has a circuit configuration for coping with both oscillation prevention and acceleration. SOLUTION: In the operational amplifier having a capacitor C1 for phase compensation and a resistance means for canceling a pole by the capacitor, a plurality of switches SEL0-SEL2 where the size of a transistor is adjusted are used as the resistance means, the on/off of the switches is controlled from the outside of the operational amplifier, and an on resistance value is adjusted from the outside of the operational amplifier.
