PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conference network system for managing attendance, and immediately seizing a state of an assemblyman at present. SOLUTION: This conference network system 1 connects a chairman terminal unit 3 used by a chairman, a plurality of assemblyman terminal units 5 used by assemblymen and a server computer 7, and stores portraits corresponding to the assemblymen in a data storage part 19. An attendance/absence management part 11 confirms the attendance or absence of the assemblymen by log-in from the assemblyman terminal units 5. A portrait display 13 acquires portraits of the assemblymen confirmed on attendance from the data storage part 19, and displays portraits on the chairman terminal unit 3. A state display 15 displays states of the assemblymen on the chairman terminal unit 3 by an illustration.
