PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal driving circuit and a liquid crystal display device such that variation characteristics of display luminance and colors for values of inputted display data can be adjusted. SOLUTION: Input display data 84 in a one-line period are inputted to a latch circuit (1)20 with a latch signal 91 outputted by a latch address control circuit 10 and data 92 of the latch circuit (1) are inputted to a latch circuit (2)30 in the timing of a line clock 83; and data 93 of the latch circuit (2) are inputted to a decoding circuit 40 and a select voltage 94 is outputted by selecting a gradation voltage 89 based upon data by pixels from the decoding circuit 40 from a gradation voltage 89 generated based upon a reference voltage 85 according to setting data 88 outputted by a setting register 70 where setting register setting data 86 is set with a setting register setting clock 87.
