PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an X-ray transmission image from arbitrary position and direction of an object to be inspected by using an industrial robot, to facilitate a change of an operation, etc., of the robot, such as a change of a transmission point, to output an X-ray and to automatically change image processing conditions to match the operation of the robot. SOLUTION: In this X-ray transmitting apparatus, an X-ray controller 3, an image processing unit 4, and a robot controller 9 for controlling the robot 8 are connected to a common computer 6, operating conditions of the robot, X-ray condition and image processing conditions are managed in a batch at all teaching points set to the controller 9, and these change/deletion are performed by the computer 6.
