PURPOSE: A device and a method for developing a digital photo stored in a cellular phone are provided to input a photo file by connecting with a cellular phone without a mobile storage device, and correct/edit/order/settle/output a photo file stored in the cellular phone. CONSTITUTION: A digital photo developing device is equipped with a photo file input tool(100), a storing tool(110), a setting value input tool(120), a display(130), a printing tool(140), a controller(200), and a settlement tool(150). The photo file input tool includes a digital cable(101) for the cellular phone and a network connector(102). The digital cable for the cellular phone stores the digital photo file stored in the cellular phone in the storage through the photo file input tool. The network connector transmits/receives the digital photo file by connecting to a digital photo managing main server through wire/wireless network. The settlement tool transmits settlement information including a cellular phone number inputted through the digital cable for the cellular phone to the main server. |
