PURPOSE: A structure of an electronic throttle body is provided to disperse force acting on a throttle body when an engine rolls and minimize interference, to prevent deterioration of coupling force between a plastic surge tank and the throttle body, to improve durability, and to prevent freezing of a throttle valve. CONSTITUTION: A driving motor(12) is installed on an upper side of a throttle body(10) to open and close a throttle valve(11). A power transmission part(13) is installed on a side of the throttle body to transmit power of the driving motor to the throttle valve. A base(14) has a space in which hot water is circulated, and coupled to the throttle body to prevent freezing of the throttle valve. Durability of the throttle body is improved thereby. A hot water input nipple(15) and a hot water discharge nipple(16) are coupled to a lower side of the base to continuously supply hot water into the base. The hot water input nipple and the hot water discharge nipple are connected with a coolant channel of an engine to supply coolant into the base.
