PURPOSE: A combining apparatus with using electromagnetic forming is provided to combine different materials in harmony with environment without generating oil and to improve productivity by reducing time of a working cycle. CONSTITUTION: A combining apparatus with using electromagnetic forming has a cylinder(10); an electromagnetic forming assembly and a combining member(40). The electromagnetic assembly comprises a coil member(31) and a field safer(35). The coil member is installed to a rod(21) of the cylinder. The field safer has a pair of projections(33) to induce magnetic field of the coil member by being installed to an outer peripheral surface of the coil member. Therein, the electromagnetic forming assembly is installed to be moved up and down according to a movement of the rod. The combining member is fixed inside a cover member(20) and inserted to a through hole(34) of a combining object by being moved with the dropping electromagnetic forming assembly. The combining member combines the combining object by pressure of magnetic field induced by a pair of projections of the field safer. Therefore, plated or coated combining object is combined by non-contacting combining method. A different material which is difficult to be welded to each other is combined without generating oil. Time of a working cycle is reduced.
