PURPOSE: A method for controlling the trouble diagnosis of a fuel system of a vehicle is provided to save time and costs for maintenance and to improve efficiency by subdividing the function and content for the trouble diagnosis of a fuel system. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling the trouble diagnosis of a fuel system of a vehicle comprises the steps of deciding the state of an engine(110), resetting the fuel quantity learning value and inhibiting learning if a fuel quantity learning value is more than a first threshold and less than the second threshold(130), calculating fuel quantity feedback gain averages of intake air amount regions(140), deciding a pressure regulator to be abnormal if the value obtained by subtracting the nominal value from the fuel quantity feedback gain average is more than the third threshold(170), and deciding an air flow sensor, an injector or the regulator to be abnormal if the difference between the gain average of the high intake air amount region and the gain average of the low intake air amount region is more than a fourth threshold(210).
