PURPOSE: Provided is a hair short cutting method that generates creative hair styles and outlooks without using hair care products like hair mousse or gel but simply using hands. CONSTITUTION: The hair short cutting method includes chipping cut the hair, which involves holding the end of hair zigzag and cutting, and giving a loosened perm to side top, not making too tight perm waves. Through the chipping cut the hair as a whole gives a gentle feeling and the end of the hair looks gentle. A stylish hair style is maintained without using typical hair care products for short cuts, such as hair mousse or gel, but simply using hands to hold the hair. The short cut makes one look younger and more natural.
