PURPOSE: A commutator sanding device for a rotor is provided to remove the burrs and scratches from an outer peripheral surface of a commutator to improve the contact force and securing force between the commutator and a brush, thereby extending the lifespan of a motor. CONSTITUTION: A commutator sanding device for a rotor includes a supply part, an injection part, a conveying part, a loading part, a processing part, and a control box. The supply part having a conveyor for conveying a rotor. The injection part has a pair of fingers to clamp the rotor, rotation cylinders, and an injection lifter. The conveying part has a securing jig for securing the rotor, and a conveying cylinder and a conveying lifter for conveying the securing jig to a place to carry out processing. The loading part supports the rotor rotatably and has a center jig(41) and a spindle. The processing part has a sanding nozzle(51) n air nozzle(55) for processing an outer peripheral surface of a commutator of the rotor. The control box controls the series of the above operations in sequence.
