PURPOSE: A flat antenna is provided to prevent a degradation of communication quality caused due to interference of spurious wave, while reducing the size and thickness of the mobile communication terminal. CONSTITUTION: A flat antenna(30) embedded in a main body(1) of a mobile communication terminal(100), comprises a radiation element(31) spaced apart from a printed circuit board(2) and divided into a low frequency patch and a high frequency patch by a slot; a feeder line(33) for electrically connecting the radiation element and the printed circuit board; and a grounding plate(32) for grounding the radiation element on the printed circuit board. The slot has a length which is substantially elongated such that the electric flow path of the low frequency patch and the high frequency patch increases.
