PURPOSE: A device for recovering carrier wave is provided to recover the carrier wave precisely even when ghost exists in received signals Q by carrying out the recovery of the carrier wave by dividing a base band signal passing through a low band pass filter into base band signals I. CONSTITUTION: A device for recovering carrier wave includes a divider(506) which carries out the division by using an output of a second low band pass filter as a dividend and an output of a first low band pass filter(502) as a divisor. The divider outputs the result of the division to a multiplier. The carrier recovering device has a gain par for multiplying a gain(k) to the output of the divider and outputting the multiplying result to the multiplier.
