FIELD: apparatuses and devices for executing physical exercises. SUBSTANCE: dumb-bell of first version has lower part composed of two cases coupled with one another by hollow semicircular handle. Cases are provided with through slots formed in their tops. Main insert positioned in slots and in handle comprises two loads connected with one another through cross piece. Rounding device is positioned on cross piece in through slots. Additional insert positioned above rounding device in through slots of cases is composed of two loads having weights different from those of loads of main insert and connected with one another by cross piece. Dumb-bell of second version is composed of upper part and lower part, which are detachable along longitudinal plane of parts. Upper part is composed of two cases connected with one another by means of hollow semicircular handle. Cases have through slots formed in their lower ends and holes formed in their upper ends. Lower part has two cases connected with one another by hollow semicircular handle elongated to the size of upper part of dumb-bell. Through slots are formed in upper parts of cases. Insert is placed in case slots and in single cavity of handles. Insert has loads connected with one another by cross piece. Rounding device is positioned on upper part of dumb-bell in case slots of lower part. Dumb-bell of third version has upper and lower parts detachable along longitudinal plane of parts. Upper part has two cases connected with one another by hollow semicircular handle. Through slots and transportation facilitating opening are formed in upper and lower ends of cases. Lower part has two cases connected with one another by hollow semicircular handle elongated to the size of upper part of dumb-bell. Through slots are made in cases top ends. Main insert placed in case slots in single handle cavity has loads connected with one another by cross piece. Additional insert placed on upper part of dumb-bell in case slots has two loads having weights different from those of main insert and connected by cross piece. Dumb-bell of forth version has upper and lower parts detachable along longitudinal plane of parts. Upper part has two cases connected with one another by semicircular handle. Through slots and transportation facilitating openings are made in upper and lower ends of cases. Lower part has two cases connected by hollow semicircular handle elongated to sizes of dumb-bell upper part. Through slots are formed in upper ends of cases. Main insert arranged in slots and in handles single cavity has two loads connected through cross piece. Rounding device is mounted on handle of dumb-bell upper part in case slots and additional insert is arranged below rounding device.
