PROTEIN MARKER ADENOSYLHOMOCYSTEINASE FOR COLON CANCER DIAGNOSIS AND DIAGNOSIS KIT FOR COLON CANCER USING ANTIBODIES AGAINST THE SAME

A colon cancer diagnosis kit is provided to include antibody of adenosyl homocysteinase as a protein marker for colon cancer diagnosis and to diagnose conveniently colon cancer using the adenosyl homocysteinase existing in a plasma. A colon cancer diagnosis kit includes antibody specific to adenosyl homocysteinase having a sequence number: 1 which is a protein marker for colon cancer diagnosis. The antibody is polyclonal antibody or monoclonal antibody. The colon cancer diagnosis kit additionally includes a second antibody assembly with which a marker color-emitting by reaction with a substrate is welded, a chromogenic solution coloring to the marker, a rinse solution and an enzyme reaction stopping liquid. The marker of the second antibody assembly is selected from a group consisting of HRP(horseradish peroxidase), alkaline phosphatase, colloidal gold, fluorescent material and pigment.
