The liquid anti-overflow device (100) for a tank (C) interrupts, towards the end of filling of the tank implemented through depressurization by a pump (P), the suction of air contained in the tank. The device comprises a decanter (300) which is connected to the tank and to the pump. The decanter comprises a pipe (600) connected to a bottom point of the tank in order to enable the contents of the decanter to be purged into the tank.
