PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information reproducing apparatus or the like capable of reproducing a video corresponding also to search reproduction different from reproduction of an ordinary video image (CM or the like) even during search reproduction (fast forwarding reproduction or the like) for a CM video or the like with a high possibility of being easily skimmed-through at video reproduction. SOLUTION: The information reproducing apparatus has an apparatus, a method, and a system or the like to display a text, a video, and an image obtained from ID information attached to the video, link destination information, or a reproduction video image/search reproduction video itself or the like in place of the search reproduction video or overlappingly on the search reproduction video even in the case of searching or the like by fast forwarding or rewinding or the like. Further, as required, the information reproducing apparatus is provided with a function of continuously displaying various information items only for an optional setting time. Thus, the information reproducing apparatus can provide video information in matching with a viewing state of a viewer even during search reproduction or the like according to the apparatus and the function above.
