PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a radial tilt direction and also a tangential tilt direction of an objective lens in addition to a focusing direction and a tracking direction thereof. SOLUTION: On one side or both sides in the tangential direction with respect to the objective lens, the objective lens is provided with a driving motor having a driving magnet fixedly formed on a yoke, two focus driving coils positioned on both sides of a magnetization border line in the tracking direction in the neighborhood of the surface a driving magnet and arranged across the magnetization border line in each tracking direction, two track driving coils positioned on both sides of the magnetization border line in the tracking direction in the neighborhood of the surface of the driving magnet and arranged across the magnetization border line in each focusing direction, and two radial tilt driving coils positioned on both sides of the magnetization border line in the focusing direction in the neighborhood of the surface of the driving magnet and arranged across the magnetization border line in each tracking direction.
