PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locker device management system and a locker device management method for setting a charge corresponding to the use condition of a locker device. SOLUTION: This locker device management system 1 is provided with a locker device 10 having a plurality of lockers 11a each having: a baggage room for storing baggages; a door 12a for opening/closing the baggage room; a locker device 10 with a charging means 13 equipped with a locking function; and a controller 20 for controlling the charging means 13. The controller 20 is provided with a clocking means for always monitoring a time, and for measuring a use time since the use start time of the locker by the user and a plurality of charge setting means having a plurality of charging patterns constituted of basic use setting and excess use setting. When the prescribed time is clocked by the measuring means, the charge setting means selects the prescribed charging pattern, and when the prescribed use time is clocked by the clocking means, the controller 20 confirms the set charging pattern, and charges the charging means 13.
